Crew Of The Weeks

This edition's COTW hail from 86 Camms Rd, Cranbourne with this excellent 5-star feedback not only through us, but also a 5-star survey on Google. That's 10-star service right there.
"Best Removalists we have had. We have moved a lot. Kept in touch when they were on their way. Efficient, friendly and worked continuously. Knew how to handle lifts in apartments. Managed heavy and very awkward and heavy furniture. They also lowered our quote because they worked and got it done is less time that was quoted. Fantastic. Helped us in delivering and setting our furniture. Great Job. Would recommend them absolutely."
"They were excellent and got a couple of texts, 1: how far away they were and 2, when they arrived, which is important when living in an apartment. I think they were fantastic, very efficient and worded diligently and of course very friendly. They exuded perfect efficiency. They collected everything, which is something we were not sure of."
Well done Maxx and Aodh! Jack Tandy is heading down the South Gippsland Highway to shower rewards upon thee.
Stay Out Of The Truck

Are you inside the depot? The offsider must remain out of the vehicle to provide guidance. Offsiders must always be out of the truck until the cab has exited the depot.
Report Unsafe Work Environment

- Arrive to a job where something seems unsafe?
- Is somebody onsite acting aggressively or inappropriately?
- Are there hazards such as broken glass, syringes, body fluids, weapons, or anything else potentially dangerous?
- Do you have a feeling that this is an unsafe environment for you or your team mate to be in and around?
The correct course of action in these circumstances is to: Head back to the truck, check in with your team mate, call the office, and let the office staff member know you’d like to “report an unsafe work environment”.
The office staff member will transfer you to the most senior manager available, who will ask the following questions:
- “Is there a clear and immediate danger to you or your team mate?”
- “Are you in a safe place right now?”
- “How far into the move are you?”
- “Are you able to discuss this safety issue with your customer?”
- “Would it be safe for another team to attend after I’ve spoken to the customer?”
Who is your Rep?

If you discover something unsafe or have a plan to make something even safer, make time to talk to your local OHS Representative:
Thom Lidgerwood - 0437074066
Anthony Perry - 0480138044
Graeme MacLean - 0428264176
Log It

Each time you change driver you must update it on the web. Otherwise you may be liable for your team mate’s expensive driving habits
Drill This Into Your Brain

Do not take a drill unless you are in an XL or you have spoken to the Morning Manager. It's a complete stitch up for the teams that actually need them if all the drills are gone without explanation.
Damage

This fortnight has has seen 18 reports of damage lodged, with a further 3 incidences left unreported.
That's an average of 1.5 per day which is getting pretty high. Slowly slowly and careful careful with the furniture and driving.
