This edition's COTW is straight from the top shelf of the moving shelf from an equally high shelf of customer feedback.

"They were early and communicated effectively. They finished early even though they did more than the original brief and we paid less than quoted. I wasn't present at the move.

My daughter said their shirt branding read HUman which was reassuring as we assumed neither gender specific or alien beings. My girls said they each worked on a task and asked for help when required.

I assume all teams in your business are just as effective, but these people turned an anxious situation for our family into a good outcome. They demonstrated courtesy and kindness to my adult kids beyond my expectation.
